1. LEWIS COLLISION CENTER, INC. guarantees that all labor performed is guaranteed for a lifetime. Paint repairs made to your vehicle are free from material defects as long as you own the vehicle.

2. LEWIS COLLISION CENTER, INC. guarantees our workmanship to be free from defects.

3. Parts used are also warranted to be free from defects according to the supplier's warranty, with a minimum of 12 months or 12,000 miles.

4. Any Claim due to lack of maintenance, additional accident, theft, use of harsh chemicals or other substances, vandalism, or from normal wear and tear are excluded from this warranty.

 This non-transferable document is a complete and exclusive statement between Customer and LEWIS COLLISION CENTER, INC., and contains all the representation of the parties. This warranty shall not be varied, supplemented, qualified or interpreted by (1) any prior course of dealing between parties, (2) any statement not in writing, or (3) any usage of trade.

This warranty is limited to the replacement of defective parts and the repair or non-workmanlike services brought to the attention of LEWIS COLLISION CENTER, INC. within the time period for the applicable warranty for those parts and/or services that were provided to the Customer. Such warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability of fitness for a particular use; and any other manufacturers' warranties or representations. Furthermore, this warranty is in lieu of all claims for other damages, including incidental or consequential damages arising from such defects in parts or services. Warranted Services as described above shall be exclusively by LEWIS COLLISION CENTER, INC.
