Lewis Collision Center, Inc. is equipped with the latest technology in the automotive repair
industry, which is not found in most collision repair shops today.
The shop features uni-body frame systems and computerized measuring
systems which give before and after printouts of a customer's
vehicle to ensure that the vehicle has been repaired to factory specifications. Lewis is also equipped with four downdraft prep stations and
two downdraft spray booths which cure the paint at 140 degrees
to ensure factory-like finishes. Lewis uses Dupont computerized paint systems, which is one of the highest quality
automotive paints in the industry, and guarantees paint match and a lifetime warranty. Lewis is very detail oriented and puts quality first in every repair.
For instance, we remove all exterior trim from panels before painting
instead of taping them off. This eliminates tape lines and gives
a factory like finish.
Lewis is very environmentally conscious. They are equipped with a fresh air system to protect their painters' health. The complete facility has a central vacuum system that vacuums as the technicians sand the cars, which promotes a clean working environment.
Lewis continues to stay up with the latest training available. The
technicians at Lewis are I-CAR certified, a certification which is recognized as the best training available in the collision repair industry.
